Privacy Policy
Last updated: January 2026
1.Introduction & scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Digital Blaize ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website or submit an enquiry through our contact form. It applies to all visitors and to anyone who contacts us through this site. By using the site or submitting the form, you agree to the practices described here.
2.Data we collect
We collect only the information you choose to provide and basic analytics about how the site is used. Specifically:
- Enquiry details — your name, work email, company name, and (optionally) job title and phone number.
- Organisation details — industry, company size, country or region, and company website.
- Project details — the solutions you're interested in, a description of your project or problem, your stage and timeline, and any context you add.
- Analytics data — anonymised usage information collected via Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies.
3.How we use your information
We use the information you provide solely to:
- Respond to your enquiry and discuss how we might help.
- Prepare a relevant, scoped recommendation for your project.
- Improve our services and understand how the site is used (in aggregate).
We never sell your data to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.
4.Data retention
We retain enquiry data for up to two years from your last contact with us, or until you request its deletion — whichever comes first. After that, it is securely deleted. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing us.
5.Third-party services
We use Google Analytics to understand site usage. Analytics cookies load only after you accept them via our cookie banner. Google processes this data under its own privacy terms — see the Google Privacy Policy. Enquiry data submitted through the form is stored securely on our own servers and is not shared with third parties for marketing.
6.Your rights
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to request corrections, and to request deletion. To exercise any of these rights, email contactus@digitalblaize.in and we will respond within a reasonable period.
7.Cookies
We use only analytics cookies (Google Analytics / GA4), and only with your consent. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies for marketing. You can decline analytics cookies via the banner, and we will not load any tracking pixel. Your choice is stored locally in your browser so we don't ask again.
8.Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). We handle personal data in line with the principles set out in that legislation.
9.Contact
